Firstly, I had a lovely night last night, me and Adam went to pizza express then watched a film on the sack sofa. Pizza was nice but the waitress through olives all over Adam, I felt sorry for her, it reminded me of my shakey hands when I worked at Cafe Treff!
This morning when I work up, you had arrived in Hawaii, I didn't reply to your message, not because I'm a bad friend, or because I don't care, but because I don't want a massive phone bill and I'm assuming you would be otherwise engaged anyway! In my head you are already sporting a lovely brightly coloured flower garland, Nick is wearing a loudly printed pair of Hawaiian shorts and you are both drinking cocktails from a glass with a paper umbrella and a cherry on the side, I was just cold and clasping a cup of tea.
I looked out of window to see speckles of snow still falling, and the ground covered in possibly enough snow to make a snowman, the world looks pretty in the snow, I took a photo for you.
As I was watching the snow, a man walked along the canal, he was overdressed and using ski poles.
I rushed to get ready in time for work (I definitely didn't want to get out of bed to start with, and I could think of better things to be doing than work) However, I left it to the last minute, rushed my way through the shower etc, only to be phoned by my manger telling me to have the day as holiday. This was brilliant. However, my dreams were shattered when he rang back 2 minutes later to ask me to go in at 2.
The roads outside my house seemed ok but lots of the airports are still shut and I think it's still snowing a lot all over England, by this time it had stopped snowing here but the clouds were promising me more. I need an igloo by the end of the week so all limbs were crossed for more snow.
Aggro left the jungle last night, I'm pleased about this as I don't truly know who he is.
My advent calendar gave me a chocolate bell, the question inside said what's your favourite decoration on the Christmas tree? I would probably have to say that I like the lights best, they twinkle beautifully and make patterns on the ceiling.
I decided to go to the gym for a bit, I spent about an hour in there and also went on the power plate, I wasn't entirely sure what I was doing but I tried to follow the pictures, it was fun and felt funny.
I went to work, it was average and the day dragged. I cooked tea and was proud of my mash potato. I spent a bit of time pondering to myself about life, why I was in a house at work whilst you were in Hawaii, probably on a beach. I concluded that one day I'll be on a beach with you.
So the day went on, 10pm eventually arrived and I came home.
I'm wondering what you are up to at the moment, I hope you're not feeling too tired and I hope Hawaii is as fantastic as we thought it would be.
Kayla and Dom left the jungle
England didn't win the bid for the world cup, Russia did.
Sweet dreams xx
